  • Authentication is provided via Microsoft Entra ID or GitHub using your existing account with those services
  • Credential security and password management are governed by the terms and policies of your chosen identity provider (Microsoft or GitHub)

  • You must notify both your identity provider and The Mentoring Hub if you suspect unauthorised access
  • You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your authenticated session

We reserve the right to revoke platform access for users who violate these terms, though this does not affect your Microsoft or GitHub account itself.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all users.

Mentorship Relationships

The Mentoring Hub facilitates connections between mentors and mentees but does not guarantee specific outcomes from these relationships. Users acknowledge that:

  • Mentorship relationships are voluntary and can be ended by either party
  • Advice provided by mentors represents their personal opinions and experiences
  • The Mentoring Hub is not responsible for the quality of mentorship provided
  • Users should exercise their own judgement when following advice

Booking and Scheduling

When booking sessions through The Mentoring Hub, you agree to the following:

  • Attendance: You will attend booked sessions on time. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges
